Ages: Walking – 2 years old 45 minute lesson once a week
The toddler program is a terrific parent-child interactive program designed to promote bonding and stimulate the child’s physical and mental development through music, movement, games and fun.Friendly and creative coaches incorporate fun and imagination into a safe learning environment. These classes are co-ed and each child is introduced to all Olympic events, however, all equipment is downsized to accommodate the smaller physique of these children. This program emphasizes coordination, development of large and fine motor skills and spatial awareness, all of which are essential elements in the positive development of children. |

| MIGHTY MITES |

AGES: 3-4 YEARS OLD 60 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK
The Might Mite program is a wonderful introduction for pre-school children into the fun world of physical fitness through gymnastics. To ensure quality individual attention, classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 8 students to one coach. This class is co-ed and follows a written curriculum that is updated every two weeks. The skills are taught in the first week and reinforced in the second week. Students are introduced to all Olympic events, however all apparatus for this class is downsized to accommodate the smaller physical of these young children. This program emphasizes coordination, development of fine and large motor skills, spatial awareness, self -accomplishment and teamwork. These essential elements of early childhood development are the foundation of successful early years. |

| JUNIOR ACADEMY |

AGES: 5-6 YEARS OLD 60 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK
The Junior Academy program is designed to introduce children to the very important fundamentals of gymnastics.To ensure quality individual attention, classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 8 students to one coach. This program is primarily co-ed, however some all boys’ classes are offered. The classes follow a written curriculum that is updated every two weeks. The skills are taught in the first week and reinforced in the second week. Students are taught on all Olympic events on downsized equipment but are also presented to some of the regular Olympic size equipment for the first time. This program emphasizes coordination, development of large and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, self-accomplishment, competition and teamwork. These essential elements of early childhood development are the foundation of successful early years. |

| ACADEMY |

7 – 10 YEARS OLD 11 YEARS AND OLDER 90 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK
The Academy program is designed to introduce beginners to the sport of gymnastics as well as where students who have a background in the sport are able to progress into advanced skill levels.To ensure quality individual attention, classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 8 students to one coach. The skills and events taught at this level vary substantially so boys and girls classes are offered separately. The classes follow a written curriculum that is updated every two weeks. The skills are taught in the first week and reinforced in the second week. Students are taught all Olympic events on Olympic sized apparatus. Athletes in this program are encouraged to develop skills and abilities at their own pace and are encouraged and challenged by our exceptional, experienced staff. |

| TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING (TnT) |

| Our Trampoline and Tumbling (TnT) is designed to build a competitive program in trampoline, double mini, and tumbling. Athlete's can choose any combination of the three and choose to remain recreational or move onto competitive mode. |

AGES: 6 – 17 YEARS OLD 15 YEARS AND OLDER (ADULT) 60 MINUTE LESSON ONCE A WEEK
The tumbling program is designed to teach beginning to advanced tumbling for cheer, dance, martial arts, etc.To ensure quality individual attention classes are maintained at a ration of no more than 10 students to one coach. As the skills taught do not differ for men and women, the classes are co-ed. Due to the different skill levels and goals of each student, the curriculum is designed to meet individual needs and is determined by the coach. Students utilize the floors, tumble tracks, trampoline and foam pits to learn skills. This program emphasizes each student’s individual needs and encourages skill progression based on individual ability. |

| DIAMOND ELITE ALL STAR CHEER TEAM |

**By Try Out Only** Diamond Elite All Stars (DEAS) is our new competitive cheer team!! Designed to take athletes from different schools and backgrounds to a competitive arena!!! Practices will feature all the fundamentals of an all star cheer routine: Jumps, Standing and Running Tumbling, Partner Stunts, Pyramids and Fast Paced Motions/Dance!!!

| BIRTHDAY PARTIES |

| Our birthday parties are held at any time on Sundays. We offer two-hour parties that include 1 hour and 15 minutes of fun gymnastics activities including obstacle courses, relays, games and supervised playtime, as well as 45 minutes in the party area for birthday cake and present opening! The birthday child receives a Diamond Elite Gymnastics T-Shirt. We provide invitations and coaches. Let us do the work - you enjoy the party! WE OFFER TWO OPEN GYM PROGRAMS!
Our Open Gym Program welcomes members, friends and family every Saturday night from 6-8 pm. We provide the facilty, you provide the energy! Only $10 per person! See you there!
Our Preschool Open Gym is offered every Friday morning from 10:30am to 12:30pm. $5 per child, parents free! |
